Owner/Broker Mock Wahlund and his agents of Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty have made a charitable donation of $5,000 to the Eureka Vet Center, which will help expand local services to the Veteran population in Humboldt County. “Giving back to our local community, is our theme for the year. Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty has led the local real estate industry for decades and agents and staff alike are excited to celebrate this accomplishment by supporting our community.”

The director of the Eureka Vets Center, Tanya Tom PhD, expressed her sincere appreciation for the gift. “We are so grateful to Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty for this gift, which will help us to participate in more community outreach events ·and expand education about posttraumatic stress disorder and other issues affecting readjustment. Isolation remains a primary risk factor for this population, and donations such as this also allows for some creativity and flexibility in what we are able to offer to veterans outside traditional therapy to help support increased engagement and promote connection to peers. In recent years, we have been able to fund guided fishing tips and Ocean Therapy/surfing events because of the investment and support from our community.”
