Jill Macdonald was born and raised in Eureka and is sixth-generation Humboldt County. She grew up in a family of real estate professionals. After attending local schools, she graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA and an MS. Jill is well established and educated in all local real estate. She herself loves real estate and owns multiple properties, intimately understanding the complexities of being a real estate buyer, seller, and owner. 20+ years strong on the selling side at Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty, Jill is consistently ranked in the top 10 percent. Jill is very involved in the community and is Past-President of the Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce, and the Downtown Business Improvement District “Eureka Main Street.” She is a multiple year board member of Eureka Rotary. In 2002 the City of Eureka adopted the Eureka Visioning Committee Report, co-authored by Jill, which addressed issues in Eureka’s downtown core-area.
