About Sara Christensen
Not only was I raised in Humboldt County, but my family has been living in the area for generations and I’ll use my extensive local knowledge to help you with your real estate needs and goals. I can’t imagine living anywhere other than this beautiful area we call Humboldt County.
My passion for Real Estate and exploring properties in our area, led me to getting my Real Estate license in 2014 and starting a career as a Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty. I have a no pressure approach and will be committed to giving clients professional service and honest advice, enabling them to make sound financial decisions in the sale and purchase of real estate. As a hard worker, I will ensure that your next real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possibly, taking care of all the details necessary for a successful transaction.
After becoming a Realtor, I quickly became involved on several committees within Humboldt Association of Realtors. These included: Government Relations Committee, Budget and Finance Committee, LCRC Committee, General Plan Sub-Committee, Member Services Committee and more. This has given me the valuable insight into the ever changing Real Estate market. In 2020, I was voted to be Humboldt Association of Realtor’s President and served the real estate and local community during the ups and downs of the pandemic. I love being involved with the local Real Estate community and furthering the values of home ownership and protecting individual property rights.
Buying and selling real estate can be one of the biggest decisions a person makes in their lifetime and I take pride in making sure my clients are confident and reach their real estate goals. As a mom to a toddler, an animal lover and nature enthusiast, I not only live in Humboldt County but love the area and community as well, and am excited to assist clients in finding their piece of local paradise.
